- Denmark to be represented by the Serbian town of Bac
March 20th, the Head of Danish Mission to Belgrade, Morten Skovgaard
Hansen, visited the town of Bač which has been selected to represent Denmark in
the children song competition “Serbia in the Rhythm of Europe”.
- Danish Business Club meets The Fiscal Council
This year’s first Danish Business Club event took place on 23rd of February at the Danish Residence, where the president of the Fiscal Council Mr. Pavle Petrović and his colleague Mr. Vladimir Vučković gave the Business Club members an exclusive briefing on the Council’s view of the Serbian economy.
- Modern Nordic Glass Exhibition Open in Belgrade
In cooperation with the Museum of Applied Art
in Belgrade, the four Nordic embassies opened the modern Nordic glass exhibition, ”A Touch of
Glass” on February 9th.
- Denmark Montenegro Defence Cooperation
Representatives from the Danish Ministry of Defence payed an official visit to Montenegro from 6-8th of February 2017 in connection with the completion of a longstanding bilateral assistance program between Denmark and Montenegro.
The delegation was accompanied by Head of Danish Mission in Belgrade, Morten Skovgaard Hansen. Honoary Consul Mr Saša Vujačić also joined in part of the visit.

Denmark today announced the appointment of a digitisation ambassador. The announcement was made at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark during a conference on the foreign service of the future.

On February 2nd 2017 the Embassy had our final meeting with the Danish Refugee Council on the project Enhancement of Migration Response Capacities in Serbia. Denmark has supported the program, which has contributed to strengthened capacities with 1 million DKK.
