International Anti-Corruption Conference Hosted by Copenhagen

The 18th International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC) will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark from the 22 – 24 October 2018 and will bring together up to 1,500 participants from more than 130 countries to tackle the biggest issues in anti-corruption.

IACC is a recurring event held approximately every second year with changing host countries. As a new feature, Denmark has taken the initiative to convene a high-level segment on the first day of the conference.

Minister for Development Cooperation, Ulla Tørnæs stated:
“Corruption is a fundamental barrier to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Corruption is a global challenge that requires international cooperation. My ambition with the high-level segment is to elevate the fight against corruption to a higher political level and put action behind the words.”
