On Dec 2nd, the Embassy of Denmark in Belgrade in cooperation with the Faculty of Architecture organized the round table “Copenhagen Solutions: Energy & Water – Resources Efficiency in Public Administration and Companies”.
Some of our distinguished guest speakers were Lone Dencker Wisborg, State Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Ana Nikezić, PhD, Vice Dean for Science, Faculty of Architecture, Jakob Matzen, Senior Urban Planner, City of Copenhagen and Dušan Ignjatović, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Architecture.

"Sustainability - not least related to energy and water - is a great challenge to all of us, but it also contains lots of opportunities. The big question obviously is - how do we secure the necessary financing?
We need to engage the private sector. Public finance should be used to catalyse private investments in renewable energy, energy and water efficient infrastructure etc. .” Lone Dencker Wisborg stated.
