Vacancy for a Driver and Administrative assistant

The Royal Danish Embassy in Belgrade is seeking a motivated and multi-skilled person to work at our Embassy in Belgrade as a full time Driver and Administrative assistant.

 

Main Tasks:

- Driving (locally, business trips both within and out of the country)

- Maintaining cars, including cleaning and servicing

- Liaison with Serbian authorities for different purposes

- Running errands

- Assisting in administrative tasks

- Smaller maintenance in- and outdoors (garden/pavement)

Qualifications and Experience required:

- Experienced driver - previous embassy employment an advantage but not essential

- Fluent in English, both oral and written

- Computer literacy, including experience with the Microsoft Office package

- Basic mechanical skills is a plus

- Experience with administrative tasks and service to customers

Personal qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate that is highly motivated, dedicated, trustworthy, flexible, service-minded and works well in a team. A successful candidate will be able to adapt to different kinds of tasks and flexible working hours.

Employment and application procedure 

- Six-month contract with a possibility of prolongation in permanent position   

- Recruitment presumes security clearance by the Danish authorities.   

- Employment as of 1st of August or sooner if possible.
